2020 Registration Page

We are using a hybrid system for registration this year. You can choose to register students using paper registration or if you have your own preferred online registration platform, that’s also an option. Here is how it works:

For Paper Registration:

  1. Have students register with our paper registration (feel free to change the price, but please keep the legal info as is)
  2. Go to the registration page here and make yourself a username and password by clicking the button labeled ‘New User?’
  3. At the top of the page, fill in ‘Group Name’ and ‘Leader Name’ for your group.
  4. Click on ‘add Camper’ and complete all of the fields. While selecting fields, make sure to select ‘paper registration.’
  5. Please register your leaders by following step 4, and select yes for the question: ‘Is this person an adult leader?’
  6. You can log in at any time to make changes to your roster.

For Online Registration:

  1. Students can register with your church’s preferred online registration tool.
  2. Go to the registration page here and make yourself a username and password by clicking the button labeled ‘New User?’
  3. At the top of the page, fill in ‘Group Name’ and’ Leader Name’ for your group.  
  4. Click on ‘add camper’ and complete all of the fields. While selecting fields, make sure to add the parent’s email address and select ‘online registration’ (this will send the parent an online waiver to be signed).
  5. Please register your leaders by following Step 4, and select yes for the question: ‘Is this person an adult leader?’
  6. You can log in at anytime to make changes to your roster and track whose parents have completed the online waiver.
